Khairiyat operates with a flexible, volunteer-driven structure built to centre community trust, cultural responsiveness, and real-world impact. At the core is a Board of Advisors that provides strategic guidance and accountability, working alongside an Executive Director and Outreach Director who coordinate programming, partnerships, and growth.
Our work is carried forward by Community Ambassadors, these are volunteers leading programming, translation, and outreach, who ensure our workshops are running, projects and collaborations are maintained and resources both internal and external are accessible. This structure allows Khairiyat to stay collaborative and community-led.
